Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you purchase and access the plans, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Since the floor plans are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible, we cannot prevent their use or duplication. For this reason, we do not provide refunds after purchase.

In rare cases, if you were charged multiple times for the same product or did not receive access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and assist accordingly.
